Robert "Bob" Haddad

Bob is a Full Time Critical Care Flight Paramedic with STAT MedEvac. He is extremely cognizant of safety, while showcasing his multiple areas of expertise.  He firmly believes that every company, regardless of size, should develop and maintain a safety protocol that will allow their employees inviolability both on and off the job.  He has developed a comprehensive understanding of safety assessment, security risk assessment, threat mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Bob Haddad has successfully assisted a wide range of clients, including businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing effective security solutions, developing fire safety plans and working with organizations to implement safety planning. He obtained a Weapons of Mass Destruction Preparedness degree from the American Military University; he, also, retains multiple federal, state and local certifications with over 7000 hours of safety training. Bob Haddad has 39 years of Fire, EMS, and Safety experience. He is a Tactical Paramedic and the TEMS Team Leader with Cambria County SWAT, which provides him with the newest and finest practices, equips him with knowledge of emerging trends, and grants him intelligence of technological advancements in safety and security.

Thomas Dowdell

With 29 years of experience in Law Enforcement, with the last 20 Years on the Cambria County S.E.R.T. Team as a Team Leader. Edward "Ed" Porada

Ed Porada is a highly experienced public safety professional with over 40 years of distinguished service in firefighting, including a tenure as a Deputy Fire Marshal, and 26 years in law enforcement, where he held key positions such as Police Sergeant and Special Agent II with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. Ed’s extensive background has allowed him to become a leading expert in areas such as criminal investigations, threat assessment, emergency management, and public safety operations. His hands-on experience in crisis response and management has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex, high-pressure situations while maintaining public safety and organizational security.

Over the course of his career, Ed has demonstrated an exceptional ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, working with a wide range of clients, including government agencies, schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations. He has been instrumental in helping these organizations identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and create robust emergency response plans that ensure preparedness for a variety of potential threats, including active shooter situations, natural disasters, and other critical incidents.
